10/10 Customer Service! Best live chat experience I've ever had.
Mannu S. was super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and remained very patient while I was gathering all the information needed to help us troubleshoot why FBA orders weren't showing in our Shopify reports. Mannu quickly discovered the issue, walked me through the steps and even worked on bringing over a month's worth of FBA orders over into shopify. I'm so grateful!! Thank you so much.
It was great experience. Nupur helped me step by step to onboard Shopify to Amazon platform. She was very detailed oriented and had lots of patience while guiding me. Application was rest was and straight forward once you learn from CedCommerce associates.

This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. They helped me set up my account and made sure I understood every step along the way. I totally recommend this CedCommerce Amazon Channel app. I am so happy I went with this app and not a different one. The plans are affordable and the integration is so fast and easy. I got my account up and running with my items listed. I know that If I have any issues, I can easily used the chat to reach a customer service representative and they will help me. The customer support is incredibly great, they are always super patient with me and no matter what problem I'm having they respond kindly and quickly with the exact information I need. I was also offered extra support through email and google meet which was I appreciate.
Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.
Mansi with support was extremely helpful with getting my templates working again after Amazon made back end changes that broke them. This listing software is such a time saver. We really couldn't do this without CedCommerce.
We've learned from our experience that the switch from CedCommerce to the Shopify Marketplace app wasn't worth it. A year later, we're back with CedCommerce, and we couldn't be happier. Managing our large catalog on the Shopify Marketplace app was a constant struggle due to its glitches. CedCommerce, on the other hand, has significantly improved their app, making it much easier to grow our Amazon sales. The integration is seamless, and the support is top-notch. Sometimes, the best choice isn't Shopify's own app, and we're glad we made the move back to CedCommerce.

Mohd helped me get this set up quickly and it works very well. I can easily send my listings straight to Amazon.
