Mediocre app functionality.

Terrible support when asked for help. We had 4 active subscriptions for different stores at one time. We will switch them all back to Sellbrite. Mainly for incompetent support. Tried to charge us 299€ for a fix that was not required. For something that should definitely be part of their service.

Will move away and never come back.

We do not recommend CedCommerce. Use a different App to sync to Amazon fellow store owners.

I use this app to integrate my Shopify store with Amazon. As I am not super technical and don't understand a lot of this stuff, I have had to reach out to support several times. Each time, they are so helpful with answering my questions, walking me through what to do, and even showed me ways to save myself tons of time when uploading my products. Whether I am contacting them via chat, or email, their support team helps me better understand how to resolve the issues that I am facing, and work through them. I highly recommend them!

I've received outstanding service and assistance in trying to get my store integrated with CEDcommerce and Amazon. The service representative was extremely helpful.

Thus far the customer service has been great! I am still setting up the app... but I'm finding the interface to be self explanatory so far. Will leave another review when completed

If you are serious about selling on Amazon but find it as complicated as I did then this is the app to use. It makes it so much easier and the support (definitely needed for me) is just the best. Many thanks to Nupur.

I've had experiences with two support staff so far, Mohd Shadab Khan and Raju Sah. Both were very helpful, and Mohd even stayed in the chat to assist me with unrelated questions.

Overall, the app has a bit of a learning curve to it, but so long as the level of support stays the same, I'd highly recommend.
