Unbelievable customer service.
I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour.

It is a very slow and complex process to list our products on Amazon.
We are making progress and customer support has been helpful.
We are still experiencing errors though, hopefully we get things running smoothly eventually.
CED Commerce is an easy product to understand, tech support is tops and made my products easily show on Amazon-US. Looking forward to add more products with this tool.
We recommend Ced Commerce for Amazon listings. We used Codisto and were really struggling to manage linking and pricing our products. But with Ced Commerce its all running smooth. Also, you receive one to one customer service support for any info you want on the app. Thank you Ced Team.

As Amazon is a large platform, therefore, they are very particular with the listings, and the app reduces your efforts with the bulk actions, Templates sections so within a few minutes you can optimize/customize your product listing, you do not need to update everything from your Shopify store.
The account manager helps you from the start to complete the setup of the Amazon account.

Great in theory, if it actually worked. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because tech support actually did try to help, sort of. After not being able to quickly come to a solution, they asked for my email address to get back with me after they had a chance to look into it. Two days now and no reply. One thing I really can't stand is when apps are released before they are truly ready and working.
