Utterly useless - they charge you a fortune and the syncs fail on a weekly basis. You spend your entire time checking if its worked......however there's a time lag of between 20mins and 6 hours!!! So you have to check and check and check. Once you're in with them it's almost impossible to leave.
We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this.
They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded.
They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results.
They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed.
Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.
Be very careful of these lot, i come to the conclusion they deliberately made this app difficult and with problems so that you pay them to help you and it is there job to help clients with issues but they don't, if you tell them an issue they give you basic reply to tell you go do it yourself, so then they can prey on you to pay them, eventually a clients might ask for them to help and they say you have to pay and send you a huge price from 100's to thousand of dollars, it does seem suspicious of a scam this company. not genuine people.
Not user friendly. No one responds to queries. Cannot create variants. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible.

Because your employee was uncooperative, I told him I didn't know the technical aspects. He told me they would do it for me for $799. I said I wanted to try one product to understand how it worked, but he didn't help me. He said I could cancel the application. Bad behavior and a bad employee.
Support is quick to respond, but then takes hours to “check.” I don't know what they do during that time, but basically they just rephrase and repeat what I asked. I get the impression that this is intentional, so that in combination with the overly complicated user interface, you end up paying their people to take care of everything.
The app is not working, my products are not being synchronized with Amazon, support is of no help and only tries to sell consulting services

I downloaded this app as i believed it would help with starting to list our products on amazon
when i installed the app it kept telling me to choose a payment plan (none of which had a 7 day trial which is the norm on shopify)
i chose the cheapest one i could so that i could test the app out
Quickly realising the app wouldnt work for me, i contacted customer service with some questions and asked for a refund as the app wasnt suitable for our products
Customer service, instead of advising me on how to use the app, told me to uninstall it and they dont do refunds but would give me a credit to use if i wanted to use the app in the future
Baring in mind that i had the app installed for less than a couple of hours before reaching out to the customer service, and less than 24 hours before uninstalling it
Waste of time and money
UPDATE 03/04/26 - This app is terrible. Amazon team is still non-responsive and software sucks. I was going to at least give them a positive rating for one of there reps but this whole experience just ruined my outlook on these guys. Never will use them again. STAY AWAY!
As a long-term user of CedCommerce, it’s sad that I will have to leave the Amazon team due to inconsistencies in Customer Service & Technological Performance. I’ve tried to be patient and give some grace but this just flat out terrible. My account manager is clueless and doesn’t respond to my messages. The products are failing to sync via Shopify and we are just over it. Highly disappointed in this entire team.
