All the good reviews you see are bought!!! They offer a discount on their services if you write them a good review! Out of 1200 products only 1 integrated. The support available 24/7 to sell you an $8,000 package to upload your products to amazon. In the 2 hour zoom meeting, they aggressively tried to sell their service for the upload and Amazon ads. I kept repeatedly saying that we do not have a single product listed yet, and they kept on pushing to buy their ad services, really off-putting and aggressive! After I hired another company to help with the product sync. The orders started coming in through ced commerce app with "paid value" as if captured on shopify, although payment was on Amazon! This means in the end of the year on your tax report you'll have to pay for amazon sales revenue twice, once on Amazon and once on shopify, unless you go and dig out these sales one by one out of shopify report! I asked ced commerce about this issue several times, and they have not replied!
it has been a month and a half and still no connection. We paid an additional amount to have 3 product types loaded and they still havent done it.
I'm saying this with regret, but this has been a huge disappointment.
I've been trying for two weeks, but the app keeps throwing errors — despite providing all required information correctly. Both the SKU and barcode are valid, and the system even says the product was uploaded, yet due to the error, it never appears on Amazon.
However, when I enter the exact same product manually on Amazon, it works in two minutes without any issues.
Unfortunately, your customer service is even worse than the app itself. They don’t provide real support, only superficial replies, and always blame Amazon without offering actual solutions.
Among all the Shopify apps I've used, this one has by far the weakest customer service.
As things stand, I’m not satisfied with the app at all and will be uploading my products directly to Amazon from now on.
Customer service is a joke. They keep asking questions that don't get you any closer to a resolution. It's supposed to link your products from Shopify to Amazon, but you end up having errors on everything. Today my Amazon order didn't sync at all and thank goodness I still have my Amazon seller notifications or I wouldn't have know at all. When I brought this up all I got was excuses why It didn't sync. If I have to do all the work myself, I don't need them getting in the way. Honestly, I think the good reviews they have posted are fake.
schlecht, einfach nur schlecht. Unübersichtlich, verbuggt und schon bei der Verbindung des AMZ Acc stürzt die Anwendung immer wieder ab. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects.
(05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.
Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

The service provided by this company is extremely disappointing.
They charge extra for features that should be included in the subscription. I have to call them daily, and my issues still aren't resolved.
It feels like their goal is to frustrate customers into paying more for services they've already paid for. Truly frustrating.
Customer service was great at first, they always helped and were available. You cant get ahold of anyone and they make you send emails, when before they were more active on chat and answer question quickly and get issues fixed on the spot. Customer service has went down.....
App and customer service is an absolute joke. I paid to have 100 sku's added to Amazon.....almost a year later I have a handful that are correctly listed. They have girls swimsuits in men's clothing, girls dresses in womens. What is listed is search suppressed. They will not correct the listings but keep telling me they will "update within the week". Well going on a year, do what you say OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CEDCOMMERCE.
