Ich kann einige der sehr negativen Bewertungen nur teilweise nachvollziehen. Ja, das Template-System ist kompliziert und hat aktuell noch Fehler, an denen laut Support gearbeitet wird. Das ist nicht ideal, aber bekannt.
Meine Erfahrung ist insgesamt positiv: Wenn ich Produkte einzeln mit Varianten anlege und dabei Fehler auftreten, wird mir meist schnell geholfen. Manchmal muss man nachfragen, um den Lösungsweg erklärt zu bekommen, aber am Ende wird das Problem gelöst.
Der Support war für mich zuverlässig. Alle Mitarbeiter sindhilfreich, meine Probleme werden schnell gelöst und mir wird geholfen, die Produkte live zu bringen – vielen Dank!
Unterm Strich: Die App ist nicht perfekt, aber funktional, der Support ist gut und die Preise sind fair. Ich bin insgesamt zufrieden.
the app is great and the support is really fast and helpful. i am very satisfied. my only issue that you cannot select which orders to import. you need to import all orders that are fbm even if only a fraction of them are going to be synched. this needs to be worked on. but apart from this its a very useful app. it makes dropshipping easier
The app has a few nuances you need to get to grips with at first, but once you understand what information needs to be added, it’s been very helpful. The support team via the live chat has been very helpful with minor bugs I encountered along the way. I am still only 1 week into it.
EDIT: They asked to get on a call and pointed me to the product linking feature which is very helpful. All I was wanting to do was have Amazon orders show up in Shopify and this helped me do that. I do wish the Shopify to Amazon upload worked better but this is an okay work around.
I'm not sure how it works for so many people honestly. I wish I was one of those people. It's actually the worst app I've used. Syncs nothing to Amazon except the product title. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. Constantly spits out errors even though I've filled out all of the details correctly. They say syncing could take up to 48 hours but it actually just never works even after 2 weeks. Terrible app, don't waste your time.
The platform is sometimes a bit complicated, but Customer Care responds immediately and resolves any issues or doubts.
Overall the application has been great. There are issues here and there but that's expected with most applications.

Overall, my experience with CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been mixed. The application itself can be good, but it's very inconsistent, especially when uploading products. The process of uploading products has been frustrating due to this inconsistency.
Initially, I hired the team behind the application to help me upload and manage my products on Amazon. At first, they provided great customer service with good communication, which was the main reason I started using their services. However, over time, their service quality has declined significantly. It has become incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone for assistance or support. The lack of responsiveness and deteriorating service quality have made it nearly impossible to rely on them for help.
Considering the current state of their service, I am contemplating switching to a different application for my Amazon needs. The decline in customer service and support availability has made it challenging to continue using CedCommerce Amazon Channel effectively.
very difficult app if you not developer or just small business owner and doing all your self it is imposable list your product without help. But they have great support team ready to help. Thank you
Excellent technical support! They always respond quickly and help resolve any issues that arise!
A lot of learning and not fully automated but it does the job, saves you time and allows bulk updates, provides you with this bridge to amazon and allows you to expand to new shoppers and bigger markets
We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support.
It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask.
