We have been facing continuous errors while updating our products and felt completely stuck. However, Anya Srivastava was an incredible help throughout this process. We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support.
It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask.

Raju Sah was wonderful. He was 5 stars! This is already a very complicated process, but he was able to help me understand it so I could get my products on Amazon.
The application is 3 stars: I do think there's a lot of room for improvement between the connection of CedCommerce and Amazon though. There's no reason to get failed attributes one-by-one from Amazon, or have to go through this many steps to get a product listed in an automated fashion. I bought into this app thinking it would be simple to upload a product, but that's def not the case. The product owner and development team have a long way to go to make this seamless for the users.
great support team, very helpful. interface is a little confusing
Great customer service. They reply promptly. They helped fix one of my issues. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it's a little tricky for me to use, and a lot of error messages which customer service helped me with. I may update to a 5 star later. I just feel the app could be a little more user friendly for beginners. I think once I get the hang of it it, will get easier. But customer service is great!

This app has been very helpful with my Amazon integration.
A lot of learning and not fully automated but it does the job, saves you time and allows bulk updates, provides you with this bridge to amazon and allows you to expand to new shoppers and bigger markets
So far so good, I would definitely recommend. I have received good 24 hr service.
