Really helpful customer service. Online chat helped guide me to understand the system better (amazon) and how the services integrate and talk to each other.
Yogesh. Is extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer me fixes for problems that I didn't even have. I expected to have a return email in 24-72hours but he jumped on a video chat immediately. CedCommerce has made our Amazon sales improve 1000% and will be sticking with them in the future.

Really helpfull but most importantly, incredibly helpfull support! The are always patient and always availble, they really know how their product works and they are willing to assist you end-to-end. So far so good, just started using the app a few days ago and testing it out. Support with setting up the template to post t-shirt to amazon was helpful. However, there is an issue with the therhold inventory values not syncing to Amazon, that's a known issue. Hopefully that feature will get fixed soon but over all I like it better than using the previous app.
