I recently took the initiative to integrate Amazon with my store by installing the app. As I navigate through the process of listing my products, I've been met with an exceptional level of customer service. The associates have consistently demonstrated their dedication and commitment to assisting users. Their availability around the clock, 24/7, is commendable and has been a significant factor in ensuring a smooth integration process for me.
What has truly stood out, however, is the personalized support I received from one particular associate. This individual dedicated a significant amount of time to assist me, addressing my concerns and guiding me through the intricacies of the platform. Their patience and expertise were evident, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they invested in ensuring my success with the app.
In summary, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I've received and am optimistic about the future benefits this integration will bring to my store.
The team was very responsive and helped me with whatever issue I had. When they say they will get back to you, they keep their word. They are very knowledgable in their field.
I ran into some issues which was due to my ignorance and not only did they fix my issues, they offered to get with me in a video meeting and they literally gave me a one-on-one tutorial and explained everything directly! No other tech services that I know of would ever do that! They really take of you! Great customer service!
Learning to speak Amazon was a huge learning curve for me. So many things are required to get a proper Aamzon account. Ced commerce was excellent in helping me get my Amazon store set up with their Amazon app. I had a lot of rookie questions and they guided me through the process. I am excited to now start selling on Amazon.

Very helpful with any questions, and the application is one of the simpler ones to use. The templates are great, especially for the clothing category with many attributes.
