Have been using this app for almost a year. I can truly say that this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. My orders are not synced to Shopify correctly, so every time I have to check hundreds of orders and tell them to sync it manually. When I contact support, they say sorry and ensure that this will not happen again, but IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. The subscription prices are so high, but OMG the service and app's performance are terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as finding a similar shopify amazon app. They have ruined my business so far. The only thing they say we are sorry, bla bla....

Unbelievable customer service.

I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour.

The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!!

I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error:
"{"success":false,"code":"access_forbidden","message":"Access Forbidden"}"

Wow, and here I was thinking that selling on amazon would be super difficult. That was until I found Cedcommerce. They have helped me get started in so many ways. They helped me get set up, gave me live assistance, very interactive and friendly! I honestly cant thank them enough for their support! Had the pleasure of Kaushik helping me and he is fantastic! Super patient and super knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend!

Worse Shopify App I have used!! Have wasted many hours waiting for the 'Dev' team to resolve issues...and they keep coming back. Customer service is non existent with broken promises.

It is a very slow and complex process to list our products on Amazon.

We are making progress and customer support has been helpful.

We are still experiencing errors though, hopefully we get things running smoothly eventually.

CED Commerce is an easy product to understand, tech support is tops and made my products easily show on Amazon-US. Looking forward to add more products with this tool.

We recommend Ced Commerce for Amazon listings. We used Codisto and were really struggling to manage linking and pricing our products. But with Ced Commerce its all running smooth. Also, you receive one to one customer service support for any info you want on the app. Thank you Ced Team.
