Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.

I use this app to integrate my Shopify store with Amazon. As I am not super technical and don't understand a lot of this stuff, I have had to reach out to support several times. Each time, they are so helpful with answering my questions, walking me through what to do, and even showed me ways to save myself tons of time when uploading my products. Whether I am contacting them via chat, or email, their support team helps me better understand how to resolve the issues that I am facing, and work through them. I highly recommend them!

Mannu S. was super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and remained very patient while I was gathering all the information needed to help us troubleshoot why FBA orders weren't showing in our Shopify reports. Amazing Support. I was trying a competitor's app and they offered no screen sharing support and they tried doing everything through a chat box. I wasted months of subscription with them and once I switched over to CedCommerce they solved all my problems and made everything so much cleared in just 20 mins. Amazing. I am kicking myself for taking so long to switch. Their backend platform is so much more cleared and easier to navigate as well. Highly recommended!!! Also you should have your entire team managed by Mannu Singh. He's your most knowledgeable and best agent. I have spoken with some of them and they aren't all as good. But he's really really clear on how to solve issues. Please have him train your entire team!

Mansi with support was extremely helpful with getting my templates working again after Amazon made back end changes that broke them. This listing software is such a time saver. We really couldn't do this without CedCommerce.
