Update - have spent considerable time with the support staff over the past couple of days including video conferencing. I am very impressed with the attention they give and I believe the problems have been solved. Amazon is not an easy marketplace to deal with but CED has greatly improved it's interface and support is easily available.

The team has been so resposnsive and supporting right from downloading the app to uplaoding products on amazon, they have just finsihed uplaoding i will be waiting for them to go live now . Really happy with constant help provided to me .
