CedCommerce made uploading products to Amazon Seller an easy and straight forward process! I was able to bulk upload all my products quickly, whereas before I was stuck. This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. They helped me set up my account and made sure I understood every step along the way. I totally recommend this CedCommerce Amazon Channel app. I am so happy I went with this app and not a different one. The plans are affordable and the integration is so fast and easy. I got my account up and running with my items listed. I know that If I have any issues, I can easily used the chat to reach a customer service representative and they will help me. It was great experience. Nupur helped me step by step to onboard Shopify to Amazon platform. She was very detailed oriented and had lots of patience while guiding me. Application was rest was and straight forward once you learn from CedCommerce associates.

I've had experiences with two support staff so far, Mohd Shadab Khan and Raju Sah. Both were very helpful, and Mohd even stayed in the chat to assist me with unrelated questions.

Overall, the app has a bit of a learning curve to it, but so long as the level of support stays the same, I'd highly recommend.

I have always believed that CEDCommerce has some great solutions and east to operate, and with their customer service and help it becomes easier to operate and concentrate on your business..

We are a long time user of ETSY integration and recently installed the Amazon Integration as well and we are glad to have used CedCommerce integration again!

Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.
