I needed help setting up the Amazon and Walmart Marketplaces. Yogesh and Prashant where extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me setup both configurations. Amazing Support. I was trying a competitor's app and they offered no screen sharing support and they tried doing everything through a chat box. I wasted months of subscription with them and once I switched over to CedCommerce they solved all my problems and made everything so much cleared in just 20 mins. Amazing. I am kicking myself for taking so long to switch. Their backend platform is so much more cleared and easier to navigate as well. Highly recommended!!! Also you should have your entire team managed by Mannu Singh. He's your most knowledgeable and best agent. I have spoken with some of them and they aren't all as good. But he's really really clear on how to solve issues. Please have him train your entire team!
