The app is really helpful, I was able to set up my account because of the tech support I consistently get, the type of customer support we get is tremendously fast and available 24/7.

it has been a month and a half and still no connection. We paid an additional amount to have 3 product types loaded and they still havent done it.

It's Sunday and I have been struggling to find a company to help me list my shopify products to Amazon. I tried another company but support was difficult and limited. Support was amazing and helped me get things rollling. This was crucial to me making a decision on which company to use. FIVE STARS for helping me on a Sunday. Highly reccommend! Thank you so much!!

We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support.

It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask.
