As a long-term user of CedCommerce, it’s sad that I will have to leave the Amazon team due to inconsistencies in Customer Service & Technological Performance. I’ve tried to be patient and give some grace but this just flat out terrible. My account manager is clueless and doesn’t respond to my messages. The products are failing to sync via Shopify and we are just over it. Highly disappointed in this team, as the Walmart brand works so well with their merchants. Get it together guys.

Overall the application has been great. There are issues here and there but that's expected with most applications.

Overall, my experience with CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been mixed. The application itself can be good, but it's very inconsistent, especially when uploading products. The process of uploading products has been frustrating due to this inconsistency.

Initially, I hired the team behind the application to help me upload and manage my products on Amazon. At first, they provided great customer service with good communication, which was the main reason I started using their services. However, over time, their service quality has declined significantly. It has become incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone for assistance or support. The lack of responsiveness and deteriorating service quality have made it nearly impossible to rely on them for help.

Considering the current state of their service, I am contemplating switching to a different application for my Amazon needs. The decline in customer service and support availability has made it challenging to continue using CedCommerce Amazon Channel effectively.

Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond.

I was able to get the help I needed right away. Customer service jumped on a meeting call and we were able to get my problem resolved. Friendly and helpful! The app is great! It connects my products directly to amazon and the orders as well. Super helpful and easy to learn

If you have products in your Shopify Store that you need synced to your Amazon Seller Central catalog, CedCommerce is the application to do so. The app has a learning curve, but I think that's more so a testament to the complicated process that is uploading products to Amazon. I had some issues, but Prashant was able to help me out in no time. Solid Application and solid customer service!
