I had an issue with the initial setup, but the support team was absolutely amazing. I was able to setup a meeting that day and time was not a problem for them, they walked me through the whole process (product by product) and in the end I felt great about the whole process. They were very informative and cared about getting my store where it needs to be. Very impressed so far.

Listing is still in process, but customer service is very impressive. They will do 1-O-1 sessions to walk you through the listing process.

Abhripraya was the best support ever. He has helped me starting up with starting up and walked me through everything. I really appreciate that I can speak to him at any time through WhatsApp as well. This is 100% the best customer Support I have had from the time I started my Online Store. He needs a promotion!!!!

I was struggling to upload my first product from Shopify to Amazon Seller Central. I got an immediate response from the CedCommerce team, and my issue was resolved within minutes! I have never come across such a responsive customer service team, so thank you very much!

I am back, months later with an update.

Again, their customer service is superb! I troubled myself trying to resolve an issue, and their contact person took mere minutes to guide me through the process. He was very patient, answered all my questions and took me through the process step-by-step.
