The chat option was very helpful. The individual was quick and kind and helpful. I am grateful for the help.
I even received a PDF and offer for additional assistance if needed.
Do not download, moreover DO NOT pay at all. It took them 1 week and a half to post 1 item they couldnt figure out how to. I sell Jewely, it shouldnt had been that hard. I downloaded another app: Amazon by Codisto. And they helped me upload over 400 products in 2-4 days!
Setting up CedCommerce was way easier than Marketplace connect. It was a seamless experience setting it up and Customer Service was very helpful. looking forward to getting more orders.

I am new to the app and it seems pretty confusing, but the customer support is awesome!! They have been very helpful and patient with me while I try to learn my way around the platform which makes the process a lot easier because this all can be stressful.
there support is amazing - very helpful and friendly. Took the time to assit with the issue i was facing - offcorse not a fault of the app but my listings. Super friendly and made the write choice by using this company!
