I am really new at this and was lost for awhile. CedCommerce has Fantastic customer support with step by step instructions. Much better than Amazon Integration Plus. I highly recommend for New and Seasoned sellers.
The level of support is genuinely better than any other company I have worked with. Everytime I have a question or a bespoke request for our needs, they respond instantly and solve the request very quickly.
We are currently connecting our shopify stores to our SAP B1 databases, which needs specific elements mapping from orders and to products correctly. CED have done everything we have asked and the testing has been successful. A far better experience than dealing with Amazon themselves. We have been using the eBay app by CED for over 2 years aswell and it has been a joy to use when managing pricing and inventory.

The Amazon integration app integrates the Shopify Store with the Amazon marketplace. When the app gets installed in the Shopify store, then the Shopify products get imported into the app first then after through Template concept (available in-app) after applying a set of rules on particular products, they can be uploaded either by bulk-action or by selection.

What I like most about this app is the quick support that is provided by the team at CedCommerce. If I run into any issues they are on top of it within minutes. It works much better than the alternative Amazon app, and inventory is automatically synced.

The live chat is a great tool, I received quick help. They were able to look and find the issue and help me fix it quickly.
I have tried several apps to sync and update amazon sales with Shopify. Nothing has been as reliable as Ced. Previously we were using an app that failed to update over 200 orders and almost caused our amazon account to be shut down for late shipments. So far after a month this has been working perfectly, and the support has been excellent. Our first support call was answered live within a minute of my asking a question.
