I'm currently seeking assistance, but it seems I'm encountering some challenges. Despite diligently following all the required steps, my listings have yet to be published. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. I'm perplexed by the positive reviews this company has received for its support, as the individuals who have aided me so far have not proven to be very helpful. My primary goal is to get my listings online, and I'm puzzled as to why this process has proven to be more challenging than expected. This is a cry for help, please help me get my listing up!

I did customer service through the app. The agent who helped me was very helpful and professional and provided me with a template to move my products to Amazon.

They were very easy to work with! They immediately helped me get my amazon products up and running and then helped me optimize each product organically. They were very responsive from start to finish and highly recommend them to anyone thinking about selling on Amazon.

The CedCommerce Amazon team has been super helpful and patient with me. Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects.

(05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.

They were really helpful with helping me setup Amazon with Shopify. Everything is working smoothly and has made my Amazon experience much smoother.
