My experience out of the gate with this app was horrible. I gave it one star and was going to delete it and go back to my old one. I wrote a review telling how bad my experience was. Massive amounts of old orders brought in and nothing would link or work. Since nothing would link right no orders came in or they came in with the wrong item on them. It was dong better but It is so slow to sync my quantities I got dinged on amazon because I had to cancel a order that I had no product for. If this app synced faster than it does that wouldn't have happened. I'm trying to like it but when it's costing me my metrics it's hard to.
The app wouldn't work. Whenever I hit the button to process and import my products to Amazon, it would process and then stop processing and give me no updates about errors or why it stopped. It did this for every product I tried. When I contacted support about this, they were literally no help at all. Probably the worst support I've talked to. Not only did they take so long to respond every time, but they literally explained nothing on why it didn't work and were no help. Then they told me that the only way it could be fixed was if I scheduled a meeting with them. I feel like this is completely ridiculous and I definitely do not recommend this app. Still have no idea why it didn't work and going to be looking for a different way to connect my store to Amazon.

I spent a fair bit of time when I first installed this app confused..until I was connected with Mannu from their support team. He was incredible. Every question I had he had an answer for, and was able to directly help me with my integration. Incredible customer support.
they haven't help me out, like they said they would been bullshitting me for six months, dragging me along I am visually impaired a small business owner, who is struggling to survive, like everyone else in this world but nothing but people take advantage of my disability and I can't believe it that these people will they after day week at the week month of the month blow me off as if I don't have any value I want you guys all to know here and feel the anger and frustration that these people from this organization from all the departments have a failed they all do the same thing they understand they know the difference but disappointingly they put the least amount of effort they try not to work they make nothing but excuses they don't know how to follow up and follow through. They're not committed to their customers they don't give a damn when people feel that comfortable in their positions watch out this is a warning to you guys all don't waste your time and don't mess with these people , they will lie to you they won't lie to you they will lie to you.

They will continue to charge you after you uninstall the app. You have to jump through extra hoops when you disconnect and uninstall this app. They also have a strange way of billing overages and if you go 1 order over, they don't bill you the overage, they stop fulfilling orders.
The team is very responsible and helpful to all my questions. Working with the team to transfer my products to Amazon. Looking forward to working with this app for more features!
