I have struggled getting my products synced through to Amazon for the last year or two. I finally caved to pay for their onboarding service for them to handle it for a flat fee, and I wish I had done it sooner. They promised it will be taken care of and fully on my Amazon store in 7-12 days, and they will provide me with a roadmap on how to do it if I need to add/update products in the future by myself. I had a question on the onboarding side, and they quickly jumped on a call to walk me through what I needed to do to grant them the appropriate permissions to do their job. Very prompt and polite service. Now, I just have to wait and see how it turns out. I will update this if there are any issues, but I don't expect there to be based on what I've seen so far.
I'm really enjoying this app. I've been using it to sync amazon orders with my shopify store for a couple years now. The support is always top-notch as well.
CED made the entire account syncing process incredibly easy. They helped me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything was synced properly. The team at CedCommerce has been incredibly helpful during the migration of our sizeable amazon catalog into their extension. They are very receptive to improvement requests and willing to discuss custom programming to accomplish the specific needs of our store.

Good Support and good app to move stuff from Amazon to Shopify.
I've only been using the app for a few weeks, but my experience so far has been very good. The support team has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. As someone still getting everything set up with Amazon, it's reassuring to have a team that clearly understands the platform and is willing to guide you through the process. Support team was very prompt and helpful when I had issues, and got the problem squared away quickly.
The app is working well so far - has a cleaner UX than alternatives like Shopify Marketplace Connect and the linkages between Shopify and Amazon seem to be robust. I also had a technical problem that support were able to offer a custom solution to fix, which was appreciated.
