Just installed the App to sync our Amazon India Store and our Shopify Account... yet to test all features... there were some connectivity issues, but the support was excellent and they helped ensure all works well... will start using and provide further feedback.

The Amazon integration app is flexible with all the sellers(either they are new with Amazon or already selling). If any seller is unique for the Amazon marketplace, then we assign a team with a dedicated account manager who helps to set up the Amazon account with Amazon marketplace even if requires teamwork on the product listings.

For the new sellers, Amazon or can say all marketplace required too many settings & policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling.

If the products are already listed on Amazon, then they can be managed easily through the Amazon integration app also new products can be uploaded in bulk. The Amazon integration app enables the syncing automatically for already/newly listed products also can manage the orders for those products.

I use POD for my Shopify and Etsy shop and needed a way to get my items on Amazon. Connected with someone and they walked me through the steps to fix my errors. Definitely recommend.

Marking at 4 stars, because in the transition, we had a few issues getting started. Otherwise, service team is 5-stars for sure! They've been excellent teammates in sorting those issues and answering other questions / confirming accuracy of other changes we made. Excited to work with them going forward!

If you know what you're doing and what you need, this is a killer Channel. It's not an APP, it's a Channel and that's a big difference. It's simple and does what what I need. Shopify is master of inventory and price for FBA and FBM items. Amazon orders come into SHOPIFY so I can push it straight through my Shipstation as if it's another Shopify order. Simple. Within 24 hours we're fully synchronized straight into SHOPIFY. Shocked to learn that I can push existing Shopify listings straight into a new Amazon Seller Central listings. I strongly recommend.

Was told repeatedly that they would help me start selling on Amazon. 2 weeks later and i had to go use another app/service.When i asked questions,theyd stop responding.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Awful app full of errors. Support is so bad it is actually laughable. We had a fairly simple issue that needed resolving, and after 2 weeks of back and forth with multiple attempts from support to 'fix' the problem we gave it a go ourselves and managed to solve the problem. A warning, support seem to genuinely only be interested in gaining your Whatsapp details, and instead of offering support try to sell you their 'we can list your products for a fee' sales pitch. It's almost like they have set this app up with so many errors and problems you have to speak with them so they can try and sell you a fix. Anyway, after almost 3 weeks of trying to get products to list correctly without it crashing or bringing up random errors we have decided to look elsewhere. Shocking app and service.
