The app wasn't working and they answered the same day as it was fixed, I had some issue with other apps for the set up, hopefully they will help to publish the products too.

I usually go thru 3-5 apps before we find the one that is the best. This is my first download with Amazon and we won't look further. The app is great syncs and does everything it's supposed to do smoothly. The customer service and support is so good. One of the best. They are there instantaneously and have always taken care of us.

The application has had a few small issues, but support is very good. They respond quickly and resolve issues generally the same day. Easy to work with.
