One of the customer service replies to another shop's 2 star feedback goes like this... "Also, assign a personal account manager who is always available to assist with 24*7 availability on email, calls, Skype, WhatsApp, Online Live chat system." First of all, a personal account manager is not available to assist 24*7 unless they're an android. Furthermore, I go to chat this morning and there actually is a person sitting in the chat box but they are there to tell you the customer service is closed because it's the weekend and they only want to take your details. That is not 24*7 service. I mainly pointed out the language error above because when you do get customer service, there is a language barrier when it comes to getting help with the more complex parts of the app. Unnecessarily complex parts. It all seems good on the surface but that's always the case with all of these apps. When it comes to the nitty gritty after 10 hours of hard work, you find out all the pitfalls... and then you can't get help. Another gripe is the templates. We can clone them and make changes but many some sections of the cloned template goes blank and has to be redone anyway. It's all very non-intuitive. At least in it's defence, every other etsy and amazon app has major issues that just seem batty. Another thing is that I wish the customer service would just say they don't know something instead of making up long sentences and throwing in some strong accent to try to confuse us. My reply is "so you don't know" and then response is silence and shock that I figured it out. I contributed some rephrasing to some of the helper sentences in the app and I suggest you fix them up so people can get through the setup in under 10 hours or whatever. Cheers

App and customer service is an absolute joke. I paid to have 100 sku's added to Amazon.....almost a year later I have a handful that are correctly listed. They have girls swimsuits in men's clothing, girls dresses in womens. What is listed is search suppressed. They will not correct the listings but keep telling me they will "update within the week". Well going on a year, do what you say OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CEDCOMMERCE.

This app is a great way to easily upload and manage amazon listings from your shopify store. As a jewelry company, we deal with endless variants, and the CedCommerce team helps us seamlessly work through the difficult process of getting these items through to Amazon customers. Support is amazing and always looking to help. I recommend this app to anyone who is looking to expand to Amazon, no matter how big or small.

Since amazon has so many restrictions it makes it pretty much impossible to figure out how to use this app on your own. So I greatly appreciate how amazing the CedCommerce Support team is readily available 24/7 to help! They video call me all the time to make sure I get all of my problems solved. Without them, I would 100% be lost. So for that, they are amazing!

Amazon is a little complicated to list products; however, this team has done a tremendous job helping us on this matter. They keep a follow-up on my case, are very proactive, and are always willing to support me. Excellent experience.

The app is really good and saves a lot of work uploading a lot of products in a short while to Amazon. You just need to contact support and they have a helpful team available at all hours to help you upload your products and are patient to teach you to do that on your own as well.
Amazon is particular about many things so you will need to do just a few edits on your own here and there if necessary.

There are heaps of settings on Amazon, so this may be the purpose behind the complexities. Therefore, we have built up this application for new and old Amazon sellers who are effectively searching for automated things.

The Amazon integration app lists your Shopify products on the Amazon marketplace. As sellers manage online selling through a central location but sometimes they need to update the Title, Description, Price, Inventory, etc. as per the marketplace's guidelines; that is why our development team has given this management in our integration apps.

With this management, without managing the listings from Shopify, you can manage & update the product's information from the App. You need to off the syncing of the particular field from the configuration section of the App that will disable the syncing from Shopify to the App and then, after from the App, update the products' information. After making the changes, you can upload the products on Amazon.

There are many actions to be performed while sending the products for listings on Amazon, so it may take time to understand, but once you become familiar with the setting, it works faster than your expectations.
The Development team is continuously working on the panel to make it more user-friendly and trying to automate all the processes.

Some great Amazon features with listing. A+ support team. I've used a few Amazon apps with Shopify and this is the one I'm sticking with.
