They are very helpful through the online chat with any problems that you may have. Great features and they always are listening to feedback that you may have.
Update: Absolutely amazing team to work with! They listen to whatever problems you have and take care of it immediately. The online chat is great with it being a live person. New suggestions they take for new features. I have been on a conference call with the whole team from CedCommerce and it's simply a pleasure to work with them. If you ever have a suggestion on something to make the app better, they are always listening. :)

The staff was great. The reps I spoke to were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The interface of the app is very simple and functional and has really automated some processes of our company. Now we spend less time on manual work. It is making [the problem] very simple for us. Its taken me a while to get everything set up because I am new to all of this and not very good with technology,but I am getting there and the ongoing support has been fantasic. I have had more help again today and the instructions have been clear and easy to follow so I have been able to set up template, sync and upload my products which is a big step for me. I have also been offered an additional support call over google which will be helpful to check everything and correct any mistake i may have made. I couldnt have done any of it without the support given.
