This app sucks primarily because of their support, which is non-existent. If there were another app that I could use, I would. This one and their support is trash.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE! We installed this app for ONE DAY, LAST YEAR and they have been harrassing us ever since! As a long-term user of CedCommerce, it’s sad that I will have to leave the Amazon team due to inconsistencies in Customer Service & Technological Performance. schlecht, einfach nur schlecht. Unübersichtlich, verbuggt und schon bei der Verbindung des AMZ Acc stürzt die Anwendung immer wieder ab. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

This has been the worst experience with an app I have ever had. The customer service is less than poor. Everyone that I have spoken with protein like they wanted to help me, but never did anything. I have been trying to use this app for 4 months and have not been able to post any products on Amazon. I do not recommend it.

After struggling for months we will be deleting this awful app.

#1. CS seems designed to infuriate you - they act dumb and talk in circles and willfully refuse to understand your question. Then give you infuriating answers like 'just turn it off' when you spent 20 minutes explaining that it wont let you turn it off.

#2. Do NOT use this app for listing creation, they can't even handle syncing.

Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I didn't have a good experience with them. They will count all orders on Amazon even if they didn't come through that app! This is a terrible example of how the app should work.

I strongly discourage using them and recommend exploring alternative apps that operate more fairly and won't simply drain your funds.

App and customer service is an absolute joke. I paid to have 100 sku's added to Amazon.....almost a year later I have a handful that are correctly listed. They have girls swimsuits in men's clothing, girls dresses in womens. What is listed is search suppressed. They will not correct the listings but keep telling me they will "update within the week".
