We have used the CED Commerce Walmart App for sometime now so adding the Amazon App from CED was a no brainer. The customer support we received from them in the past and now installing the Amazon App Channel is outstanding. They actually do work with you on problems and help in getting you up and running. Anytime you add a new Channel on Shopify you probably will run into a snag or question. The one reason we chose them over other Amazon/Shopify apps was we new the customer service help was there when we needed it. Everyone on Shopify now using Amazon Channel needs to choose a new channel source soon. Highly recommend this one.

Customer support was very helpful. I was having difficulty with some of the technical aspects of the app and they walked me through it. Very happy.

Excellent support. It’s challenging to set up, but the support folks are very very helpful and their assistance is timely. Awesome!! I’m looking forward to getting all errors resolved. I definitely recommend this app to other sellers who need a bit more help getting their shopify hooked up to their amazon sellers account. Mannu helped me get everything working for my amazon handmade account and helped me get my products uploaded after multiple errors on my end. Top notch customer service.

Very nice app. With good functionality that connects to Shopify from Amazon. This makes the buying and selling experience a lot faster.
We just installed the app the other day and worked with support to link some of our products between Shopify and Amazon. They responded in chat immediately and worked with us to get the linking done correctly and inventory update working.
Currently we manage our Amazon listings separately from Shopify and want to keep it that way so we are very cautious with apps that integrate with Amazon as to not make any unwanted updates. We only want the inventory to sync from Shopify to Amazon and the orders to sync from Amazon to Shopify and it worked great.
We had one issue with an order not created in Shopify and support responded immediately again and resolve the issue.
So far, so good and their support has been 5+ stars. Keep up the great work!!
