Initially the app is great and does what you would expect it to do. The issues come later when the syncs are not consistent and do not update all your product and product listings. The suggested solution for me today was to manually sync inventory for products that have not synced in 5+ days. Why should one have to manually sync inventory on an app that is supposed to do this as an automated process?
Support is there, but sometimes slow to respond and not super helpful even with detailed questions. For now, the app is still working for us, but there may be a search for a better alternative down the line.
We're very happy with the app and the service. Our compliments to the chat service who was friendly and efficient resolving our questions with listings in Amazon. Fantastic service, thank you!

Excellent support. It’s challenging to set up, but the support folks are very very helpful and their assistance is timely. Awesome!! I’m looking forward to getting all errors resolved. Very nice app. With good functionality that connects to Shopify from Amazon. This makes the buying and selling experience a lot faster.
We just installed the app the other day and worked with support to link some of our products between Shopify and Amazon. They responded in chat immediately and worked with us to get the linking done correctly and inventory update working.
Currently we manage our Amazon listings separately from Shopify and want to keep it that way so we are very cautious with apps that integrate with Amazon as to not make any unwanted updates. We only want the inventory to sync from Shopify to Amazon and the orders to sync from Amazon to Shopify and it worked great.
We had one issue with an order not created in Shopify and support responded immediately again and resolve the issue.
So far, so good and their support has been 5+ stars. Keep up the great work!!
