I am so new to this i'm embarrassed to admit to how much i don't understand or how to do. i messaged/chat the help and he was so awesome! He explained my issues and why. He did one of my problems with me and actually explained the why. I know like 10% of anything coding/computer and this help was so easy to understand. thank you for NOT making me feel like the town idiot even though i actually might be!

Avinash Kushwaha was so helpful and patient with me during my onboarding and uploading process. We have had a Shopify store for about 3 years and this was our first step into Amazon and the "handholding" was on point.
