This is an absolute scam. Please do not use this app, it does not help to sync any of your listings from Shopify to Amazon. I've contacted support and even re-uploaded the listings 10 times, and still had results stating "Error". This app is a complete scam, please do not purchase the monthly membership either.
Worst customer service. they don't know what they doing. No one answers, no one helps, they just keep saying hello, greeting, hello....... run!
AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. LINKING PRODUCTS CAUSE OUR CURRENT AMAZON LISTINGS TO CHANGE PRICE CAUSEING US TO CANCEL ORDERS HURTING OUR ACCOUNT HEALTH. CUSTOER SUPPORT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND WANTED US TO PAY MORE MONEY. BY INSTALLING THIS APP IT TURNED OUR BUSINESS UPSIDE DOWN IN LESS THEN 24 HRS AND MAJOR OVER TIME AND FRUSTRATION TO FIX. ENDED UP DELETING THE APP
Don't waste your time with this App. Total garbage. They claim AI automation and product sync and integration and then when you sign up, they ask you to pay more $$$ to have their team help with listing your products. TOTAL SCAM!
Beware. Run away from these people!

What a nightmare. I installed the app. Out of the products that were already being sold on Amazon, some were shown without an ASIN and some with an ASIN. I asked support why, what the nightmare continued... An hour of messaging, at first they say they're not on Amazon, I say how come here's the screenshot, they say oh yes they are, I checked myself. "Refresh the page," they say. I refresh, same thing, I send him the screenshot again, they say the products are not on Amazon. I say how can they not be, you just checked and said they were. Such uselessness.
Horrible customer service, communication is difficult and you end up spending a lot of time reading links on how to make the corrections. I am disconnecting my store from this app. If you want to text back and forth all day and repeat yourself over and over then this is the app for you. My Amazon store has been sitting with errors for months and they keep telling me it is due to the images, my store was hooked up without any errors before I changed over to their free plan, this was not a good decision on my part.

Unfortunately I have to point out that the developer takes time but fails to solve this issue

Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects.
(05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.
Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

The app has many issues that need addressing urgently. Stock doesn't sync and items are oversold. Orders don't sync so my late dispatch rate is through the roof and now I can't upload products due to an error that is not being fixed quickly. The above issues in my opinion make this app useless!
