CedCommerce is great! We've been active on Amazon for many years and know how hard it is to comply with all the new and constantly changing requirements of adding a product. With CedCommerce and the team there we have been able to take our shopify store and now manage it on Amazon and create a store there. The customer service is stellar and the product works... would highly recommend this to anyone looking to move their products to Amazon. Thank you for making a great product.

We have massive problems with the handling time the tool is communicating to amazon.
Every time I try to reach the support, I get a new person who is not knowing about the issue. The problem is still there since weeks!
No end in sight!
Basic functions seems to work propperly but if you are a professional seller with different handling time for individual products for example, this took might not the right choice for you.
I've been using the app since they rolled it out and I've had great results. I'm approving orders from my phone all day and they're being routed to my fulfillment team right away. What I like most is the support I've received since using the app. They respond within minutes of my requests and they've always followed up on them quickly. All in all, I'd say they've done an excellent job with this integration. I'd recommend using it.

This 5-star review is especially for Mannu and not the whole team. Mannu was the only one able to help and resolve my issues thoroughly. He walked me through every step and was very patient listening to my concerns. I wished I got more stars to rate his attitude and customer service. For other associates, to be honest, they're hopeless and not proactive and are incapable at all.
The app has a bit complications but anyhow support folks are very cooperative and they did a great job in the integration, mapping and listing. One of the guy was outstanding and I am writing review for him.
