If you have any problems with this app - their customer support never gives up until they resolve it. I don't think I've had a company that does so much for their customers. My shop is running smoothly with this app!

We have massive problems with the handling time the tool is communicating to amazon.
Every time I try to reach the support, I get a new person who is not knowing about the issue. The problem is still there since weeks!
No end in sight!
Basic functions seems to work propperly but if you are a professional seller with different handling time for individual products for example, this took might not the right choice for you.

do not use this app. this app is a scam they will get Amazon seller account deactivated the listings cause they don't know how to use Amazon
The support team is very helpful and quick to respond. I am still in the early stages of setting up the Ced app, but up to now I can say the concept is great and the support team has been helping me along the way.
I will update my review once I completely finish my set up with the application.
