Excellent help! I am confident in what CedCommerce services will provide me. I am especially thankful for the help that Mannu has helped me with. I have used other platform services and I feel that CedCommerce is a better fit for me.
Mohd Shadab provided great help and quickly got the responses I needed and setup a google meet for us to review.
Just starting with linking Shopify and Amazon.
I got a bit stuck. I first had chat support. This was useful but didn't fully fix my issue. I was then given a meeting and talked through the problem and now should be good to go.
I am confident that I can get additional support if needed. 5* so far.
The team is all over the place. They keep promising results but never actually follow through. I have had to repeat myself several times, and they still do not complete the tasks.
To put this into context, I first set up with CED in February 2024, and my products are still not synced to Amazon Seller Central. It is now June, and I have had to change account managers several times. I want a full refund for the optimization and the product listing services immediately. I am not happy at all.

I was having issues learning to use this platform but the customer service rep Mohd. Shadab Khan was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I am very satisfied with this service!
