This is a very powerful & sophisticated app - can do most anything that you need. If you have any problems setting up - Customer Support Chat - is extremely helpful and effective. I worked through a problem with them on a Saturday - and was VERY, VERY impressed. - Thank you

Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects.

(05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.

Praveen gave me great service today and he is the first person that I think really cared to help when I chatted with their support team. I am very thankful to him.
However, the app has given us nothing but issues from the first day of using it over a year ago. We have been put on probation by Amazon a number of times due to inventory levels not syncing correctly, products being listed that we no longer have in stock, and many other items. We never had issues like that with a previous provider.

Great app to sync shopify and amazon. Everything works smoothly and the customer service team is very helpful. Highly recommended!

If you sell in both Canada and the US, it will only generate Orders for Canada, you need to manually enter the order from other region.

The team is great and works hard! The app itself could use more customization for sellers to control but when you run into a problem, the support team is pretty reliable.

Had issues with uploading products on amazon. I contacted their live chat and was really amazed as they responded right away. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to help me resolve my issue right away. Thumbs Up!!!

The application has had a few small issues, but support is very good. They respond quickly and resolve issues generally the same day. Easy to work with.
