We've learned from our experience that the switch from CedCommerce to the Shopify Marketplace app wasn't worth it. A year later, we're back with CedCommerce, and we couldn't be happier. Managing our large catalog on the Shopify Marketplace app was a constant struggle due to its glitches. CedCommerce, on the other hand, has significantly improved their app, making it much easier to grow our Amazon sales. The integration is seamless, and the support is top-notch. Sometimes, the best choice isn't Shopify's own app, and we're glad we made the move back to CedCommerce.

Outstanding customer service, agent was on hand in minutes and was able to accurately deal with my issue and quickly provided a solution. highly recommend

I am still learning how best to use this app but I cannot fault the support team. They are quick to respond, patient and helpful. Ifat from the support team spent an extended period of time online with me today working through some issues that I had - her communication was excellent and she was incredibly helpful.
Raju was very helpful with answering all of my questions and explaining how linking to amazon works. He gave me a lot of good info to take action on in a very clear and understandable way. Thanks!
It has been a great help from CedCommerce led by Neha and Nupur in the process to import into Amazon Seller Central.
Their expertise allowed us to upload samples of my products. Everyone that deals with Amazon realizes the complicated model, especially if you have a lot of variation.
They were able to resolve all issues and provided guidance and templates, plus step by steps in educating on how to do it.
