Overall the App is great and easy to use. We had some challenges setting up the Amazon Account that CED help us with through WhatsApp. They were quick to respond and ready to jump on a screen share to verify the Amazon Account settings.
I come from a Software Engineering background and lead teams of developers to build custom websites that scale 300+ million dollars. The CED integration to Amazon is solid.
Part of the integration, I was working with multiple App providers to sync orders to a 3PL store. We had one challenge with our 3PL requesting a field to be filled out during order import, which CED completely really quickly for us to move forward with our project.
I'm starting to crack away on adding all our items to the Amazon store. We work with a large amount of creators and we will install the App on our creator marketplace to sell all the products on Amazon.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Awful app full of errors. Support is so bad it is actually laughable. We had a fairly simple issue that needed resolving, and after 2 weeks of back and forth with multiple attempts from support to 'fix' the problem we gave it a go ourselves and managed to solve the problem. A warning, support seem to genuinely only be interested in gaining your Whatsapp details, and instead of offering support try to sell you their 'we can list your products for a fee' sales pitch. It's almost like they have set this app up with so many errors and problems you have to speak with them so they can try and sell you a fix. Anyway, after almost 3 weeks of trying to get products to list correctly without it crashing or bringing up random errors we have decided to look elsewhere. Shocking app and service.

As Amazon is a large marketplace, it is having lots of settings, terms & conditions so that the seller can get the benefit of selling on Amazon. We do not restrict sellers to list their items on Amazon. marketplace. We show the details in our panel of what we get from the Amazon marketplace.

We just started using this app and so far the guys are very helpful, they ensure that our products are uploaded correctly on amazon and gave more insight into using the app better.
