The Amazon integration app is flexible with all the sellers(either they are new with Amazon or already selling). If any seller is unique for the Amazon marketplace, then we assign a team with a dedicated account manager who helps to set up the Amazon account with Amazon marketplace even if requires teamwork on the product listings.
For the new sellers, Amazon or can say all marketplace required too many settings & business policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling.
If the products are already listed on Amazon, then they can be managed easily through the Amazon integration app also new products can be uploaded in bulk. The Amazon integration app enables the syncing automatically for already/newly listed products also can manage the orders for those products.

If you sell in both Canada and the US, it will only generate Orders for Canada, you need to manually enter the order from other region.
The team is great and works hard! The app itself could use more customization for sellers to control but when you run into a problem, the support team is pretty reliable.
I really love a great app, but I adore a great support team even more. I’m currently using the Amazon by CED Commerce and loving it. Getting everything set up was really difficult because of account setup errors on my end. No matter what time of the day or night I reached out, someone was there. They spent countless hours helping me backtrack and repair, tirelessly working until we had it figured out and I was selling on Amazon. They even helped me set up my templates and products.
