I'm currently seeking assistance, but it seems I'm encountering some challenges. Despite diligently following all the required steps, my listings have yet to be published. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. I'm perplexed by the positive reviews this company has received for its support, as the individuals who have aided me so far have not proven to be very helpful. My primary goal is to get my listings online, and I'm puzzled as to why this process has proven to be more challenging than expected. This is a cry for help, please help me get my listing up!

Amazing customer service! All the staff members that I interacted with they gave me a lot of information on how to list my products. Especially Prashant he even went on a Google meeting call to solve my problems with dropshipping on Amazon. It was more than a 5 star customer service! Very pleasant experience with CedCommerce!

This was the best customer service I have received. Mannu was an excellent support and guided me through the process of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel. He answered all my questions and even offered advice about their other services and how to help my business grow on Amazon. I was feeling so lost about creating products on Amazon, I gave up so many times but within 15 minutes I was pointed in the right direction. So pleased to have received their courtesy message which ultimately got the ball rolling for me. Now, I am Looking forward to using selling on Amazon thanks to Mannu and CedCommerce!

A little tough to get my head around but the support was able to help me list our products. It does have a learning curve but once you have it down it gets easier each time.

The app wouldn't work. Whenever I hit the button to process and import my products to Amazon, it would process and then stop processing and give me no updates about errors or why it stopped. It did this for every product I tried. When I contacted support about this, they were literally no help at all. Probably the worst support I've talked to. Not only did they take so long to respond every time, but they literally explained nothing on why it didn't work and were no help. Then they told me that the only way it could be fixed was if I scheduled a meeting with them. I feel like this is completely ridiculous and I definitely do not recommend this app. Still have no idea why it didn't work and going to be looking for a different way to connect my store to Amazon.

I had an issue with the initial setup, but the support team was absolutely amazing. I was able to setup a meeting that day and time was not a problem for them, they walked me through the whole process (product by product) and in the end I felt great about the whole process. They were very informative and cared about getting my store where it needs to be. Very impressed so far.
