I am still learning how best to use this app but I cannot fault the support team. They are quick to respond, patient and helpful. Ifat from the support team spent an extended period of time online with me today working through some issues that I had - her communication was excellent and she was incredibly helpful.
The team at CedCommerce provides outstanding support! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. The in-app chat is incredibly useful and makes things so easy. I wish I could give them even more stars, because the service is truly top-notch!
We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support.
It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask.

Responsive customer service and easy way to start selling your Shopify listed products on Amazon. Would recommend to a friend.
The service provided by this company is extremely disappointing.
They charge extra for features that should be included in the subscription. I have to call them daily, and my issues still aren't resolved.
It feels like their goal is to frustrate customers into paying more for services they've already paid for. Truly frustrating.

Raju and Mannu helped me set up few of my products and whenever i have any problem with anything related to product mapping they always there to help.
