This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. They helped me set up my account and made sure I understood every step along the way. I've had experiences with two support staff so far, Mohd Shadab Khan and Raju Sah. Both were very helpful, and Mohd even stayed in the chat to assist me with unrelated questions.

Overall, the app has a bit of a learning curve to it, but so long as the level of support stays the same, I'd highly recommend.

It was great experience. Nupur helped me step by step to onboard Shopify to Amazon platform. She was very detailed oriented and had lots of patience while guiding me. Application was rest was and straight forward once you learn from CedCommerce associates.

I have always believed that CEDCommerce has some great solutions and east to operate, and with their customer service and help it becomes easier to operate and concentrate on your business..

My Shopify CED Amazon support was Yogesh Kumar Singh. Great detailed assistance via Google meet screen sharing. I had numerous failed attempts listing my first product and applying for GTIN exemption approval, which was obtained with his help in less than 24 hours and my first product was listed shortly afterwards. Very punctual with all scheduled meetings and the response is quick via Email and WhatsApp.
