I've had experiences with two support staff so far, Mohd Shadab Khan and Raju Sah. Both were very helpful, and Mohd even stayed in the chat to assist me with unrelated questions.

Overall, the app has a bit of a learning curve to it, but so long as the level of support stays the same, I'd highly recommend.

Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.

I found it very confusing to start with but this was down to the many requirements of Amazon, not the fault of the CedCommerce App. CedCommerce's customer service team hopped on a video call with me to assist me with uploading my first product and they were extremely helpful (and patient!). I definitely recommend.
