I've just gone through a CED commerce implementation for Shopify-->Amazon and I find the tool and support to be excellent. We use CedCommerce Amazon Channel to sync all FBA orders back to our Shopify store admin. It's worked well for 2 months (before posting this review) and any questions have been answered swiftly and clearly by the support team. First class !
