Utterly useless - they charge you a fortune and the syncs fail on a weekly basis. You spend your entire time checking if its worked......however there's a time lag of between 20mins and 6 hours!!! So you have to check and check and check. Once you're in with them it's almost impossible to leave.
Excellent. Their explanations were fantastic, they were really helpful. When I checked the inventory, we noticed that stock was entered for the "pickup" location but not for the "online" store, we corrected it. Thank you.
We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this.
They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded.
They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results.
They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed.
Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.
