The support is great, and Joy was amazing today on helping us with a couple of questions. So far the experience with this app is great, and is much easier to manage the sales through Amazon.

I have just started using Codisto and was a bit wary at first. Well I had no need to worry as the team are so helpful. I had my first sale through Amazon within a week of having it all set up. I realized that I needed to cover the cost of Amazons fees and through the help tab I was pleasantly guided by the great team member Joy.

We have been using Codisto now for about 18 months to list our footwear products on Amazon. In this category, it is quite difficult to create a parent listing with many variants such as style, colour, shoe size and shoe width.

When first listing a product it can resolve many errors due to the nature of the listings and can be difficult to ascertain what the actual issues are. But the customer support team have always been very helpful in troubleshooting the issue and fixing the listing so they function correctly.
