Very quick and assertive responses in their technical support. App still needs to improve but it is very useful as is.

I used live chat with Ediline to try to get my products synced to Amazon. It took a while and lots of help, but we got the first item up!!

Everything is perfect, since the customer support and the easy way you can publish your products on amazon.

Russ Helped a lot was quick and easy and even gave me link to apply for a gtin! Was very patient and very nice 100% recommend

While the process may seem a little overwhelming at first, once I've figured out how to use the app it's been pretty straight forward. What's great is if you have any questions or concerns the support staff is always there and happy to help. It's thanks to them we've got our shop up and running on Amazon.
