Highly recommend this app! Like the app's name, it is easy to sync inventory and sales between Amazon and Shopify. Due to the customisation of our store and the nature of our products, we had some requests implemented so that the app could work well with our store. Juanita and Dominique have been assisting me with the development of features to accommodate our store, and I highly appreciate the value they are providing us. Recently, we had some issues with the sync of new accounts on Amazon, and they proactively connected with Amazon to attempt to resolve the issue.
For anyone who is looking to connect their Shopify store with Amazon, I highly recommend this app!
This app is horrible. It doesn't do much of anything even when it decides to work. You must manually do so many things that it is not worth paying for this app. If I change or add inventory in Shopify I must go manually update it in the app which takes forever of refreshing so it's easier sadly to go to amazon and update inventory myself. why have a app? Orders take forever to import if they do at all. I had to manually create 4 orders yesterday because after 5 hours they hadn't come through nor did they show in the app to manually import them! Then when support finally decides I guess to look into this the orders create today. I cancelled them as they are now duplicates. THIS horrid app cancelled them on amazon now my metrics are taking a hit. I hate this app nothing good about it. RUN the other way DO NOT put your seller account in jeopardy. If I could give no stars I would!
La aplicación es de 10 pero lo mejor sin duda todo el equipo que hay detrás, no han dudado en hacer todo lo necesario para que la aplicación sea justo lo que necesitaba. Trabajaron duro incluso antes de suscribirme a un plan de pago. Ahora siguen haciendo ajustes e implementando funciones que hacen que esta aplicación sea imprescindible para quienes queremos ahorra tiempo y todo esté en un mismo lugar, todo mucho más ordenado y ágil. Gracias por todo sois fundamentales para vendedores!!!
Very recommend this APP. Synchronisation of the product quantity and orders works well. Very quick and nice support team very customer orientated. Even customer programming request are possible for an one-time extra fee.
Good tool, just needs a manual sync function, which they said will be available soon.
It really is easy... Pretty much a no brainer and I don't know if there is another option out there
Someone said it before, I can not believe we did not use Amazon Easy before.
It is really easy to use and works very stable. The support team is very quick and helpful.

We had some teething issues when initially setup, but the support team worked with me over a few months to iron it all out. Now we have a very good solution to a very specific problem! Very happy.

Lamento decirles que la atención al cliente es pésima y la información que dan no está corroborada, no la recomiendo para nada, sobre todo el trato y la falta de respeto a los horarios y las citas concertadas es una de lo que más ha sido molesto en este contacto, sin hablar de la perdida de tiempo, ya que tengo más de 3 semanas esperando hablar con el personal de atención al cliente de esta aplicación. Espero poder advertir a los usuarios sobre el mal manejo de nuestro tiempo por esta aplicación. We couldn’t match our variant products at first as there were a lot of them but the support guided us through everything and now we can say we are ready for our high season coming up.
