Easy GUI
Fast with customer support
The easiest and logical setup that I have seen so far ;)

I requested that the fulfillent shoud be done on "fulfilment order" level and not on "order" level and they are working on it. Currenly no app supports this and this would be an absolute game changer in terms of automation for any seller that has multiple shopify warehouses and uses FBA MCF as one of them!

This graphical user interface is designed to be very intuitive and easy to use, making operations simple and fast. The customer support team's response speed is impressive; they always quickly resolve my queries and issues. The setup process of this system is the most concise and logical I have ever encountered, greatly simplifying my workflow.
This team is fantastic; their products are highly professional and provide us with great assistance. Additionally, their after-sales service is excellent, making them a very professional team.

Using the app for 5-6 months now and it constantly doesn't work.

1. Now, it doesn't sync ANY ORDERS for the last 3 days.
2. On the top of this, it does NOT add any tracking number upon fulfilment.
3. Constantly loading slowly or not loading at all.
4. Support is useless
5. Does not sync the right quantities when upsell or post purchase app is active.

If you use that app you risk loosing your customers, having more refunds and chargebacks for not fulfilled or not added tracking numbers..

Your critique is valid - we did have a bug with the sync service which prevented the syncing of products. Our technical team has fixed the problem and everything is working all right again.

Have been using this app for almost 2 years. Basically no big problems. It can satisfied my needs.
Recently I sent a suggestion to them, they added the function as I suggested in 2 days. This is what I did not expect, a big suprise. Thanks.

Customer service is unbeatable. This is the only app I've found that can map skus so I can have one product in shopify for both FBM and FBA.

Rock solid! Too many people download an app, install it and rate it right away. Those reviews are useless. I've been using this app for a while now and have pushed almost 400 orders through it to FBA. We use shopify as our single source of truth and FBA for fulfilment. We sell and sync to Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Pinterest and Google shops. And this app has worked perfectly. We've had SKU's stored in two locations and never has stock count between any location been mixed up, regardless of the channel used to sell or if FBA or merchant fulfilled. There isn't much to an app like this - but it's role is critical. Stock count errors piss off customers, cause added costs to reputation with customers and seller channel as it directly relates to your performance as a seller. I tried a few apps and here is the thing, some were so complicated and finicky that I could not trust them. For a mission critical role like managing stock levels across channels and fulfilment you need KISS. I am not using auto fulfilment yet, though I will soon. Also their support is great and importantly they =understand FBA= in as much detail (or more) than Shopify - which is critical.

It just works! It does not have to do a lot of things, but those few things it does flawless. I can recommend the app to all whose, who don't have their own logistic center.
We sell through Amazon, Ebay and Shopify and some others for a while now and this little gem has never let us down.

Good app to replace Shopify's abrupt failure of their Amazon connector. Compared to others, the UI is a little bland but functionality is solid and allows me to easily decide if I want to ship from local inventory or FBA by order.
