Using the app for 5-6 months now and it constantly doesn't work.

1. Now, it doesn't sync ANY ORDERS for the last 3 days.
2. On the top of this, it does NOT add any tracking number upon fulfilment.
3. Constantly loading slowly or not loading at all.
4. Support is useless
5. Does not sync the right quantities when upsell or post purchase app is active.

If you use that app you risk loosing your customers, having more refunds and chargebacks for not fulfilled or not added tracking numbers..

Your critique is valid - we did have a bug with the sync service which prevented the syncing of products. Our technical team has fixed the problem and everything is working all right again.

Never use this app. Changed all the shopify inventory quantity to 0 when not listed on Amazon destroyed our sales on ebay and shopify and lost all sales history on popular items. This app was the biggest mistake we ever made no control options to sync perticular SKUs. App lost us thousands in revenue and time!

While we appreciate your honest review, we feel sad that you did not have a perfect experience with our app.

If the app is configured correctly, the inventory gets synced perfectly. The app does not reset the inventory to 0, when not listed on Amazon. I am confident that it is due to some other reason, including activation of Shopify's built in Amazon Integration.

We have hundreds of stores syncing the Amazon products without any issues.
