The apps is convenient to connect between shopify and amazon, and as many people mentioned its great that is free.
App works good for automating order fulfillment.
Support is pretty swift in case you have any issues.
If you need more flexibility and customization, you'll need a paid app for that

This is a worlds of a difference better than the ByteStand MCF app - it integrates easy/well with little errors and customer service is on point.

It seems great if you are up for manually entering your FBA inventory manually on the Shopify side then mapping the SKUs. Surely there must be a way to import my existing FBA inventory INTO Shopify. I'm an established FBA seller and last thing I want to do is manually enter my products into Shopify. Looking to have FBA inventory as primary and have shopify sync off of Amazon.

Amazon MCF app automatically maps Shopify SKUs to Amazon SKUs if SKU value is same(case-sensitive). For other SKUs, you can manually map to any valid Amazon SKU.
With respect to Inventory Sync: All mapped Shopify products which have Inventory Located At= Amazon MCF and Track Quantities is checked, FBA inventory is constantly synced into Shopify every time there is change in inventory value. There is no need to manually key in the inventory.

Hi Zilaya - we attempted to contact you through our support email, but have not heard back yet. Please note that to be able to map your SKUs within the MCF app, you first need to create your listings in SellerCentral and enable the products for Fulfilled by Amazon. MCF has been great. My Shopify orders are forwarded to Amazon for efficient fulfillment. I have no problems of complaints. It's made fulfillment easier and less expensive for my business.

It mostly works, but doesn't send the "out for delivery" email or the "delivered" email that it should. Also it doesn't flag the Shopify orders with the Amazon order ID, so if you're looking at the Shopify order, there's no way to just click over and see the Amazon order.
Hi TruePrimal, thank you for your review. We want to inform you that Shopify orders can be easily located in SellerCentral using the search bar by entering "Shopify #[Order Number]". We heard your feedback and are working to implement your proposed solution as well.
For delivery notifications, Shopify is able to send order shipped notifications for all MCF orders. For orders we ship using USPS and UPS, Shopify can also send the shipment update emails, and we are working with Shopify to extend this to orders shipped via Amazon Logistics as well. We have very simple use cases for this app, and it works very well. It has helped us to automate which orders get sent to MCF versus our other 3PL. We had some initial challenges with Onboarding, but a very quick call with the MCF support team, and we were off and running in a matter of minutes.
