Amazon MCF: US Fulfillment

As a prominent Amazon seller using an omnichannel approach with Shopify, we've integrated the Amazon MCF fulfillment tool for several months. It's been a valuable asset to our business, ensuring smooth order synchronization. When combined with Shopify flows, it offers consistent automatic fulfillment, reducing our need for manual order entries. Additionally, it conveniently updates customers with their order's tracking details. We're pleased with this tool and look forward to any future updates.

We recently integrated the Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment App with our Shopify store, and it's been a game-changer. The setup was a breeze, especially with features like auto-SKU mapping, and now our US orders are efficiently managed and fulfilled using our Amazon inventory. Deliveries have sped up, with products reaching our customers in just a few days.

What's been genuinely impressive is the support from the Amazon team. We've thrown a few suggestions their way, and they've been quick to listen, respond, and act. The pricing is transparent and makes sense for our business. All in all, if you're looking to streamline your fulfillment process, this app is the game changer your business has been looking for.

The Amazon MCF works perfectly with the store, allowing the FBA fulfillment. It only works for USA. Hopefully, it will be available for Canada and Europe soon.

I can say this as an OG to the MCF app - I've been using MCF for our Shopify site for many years now starting with their older app, and the recent changes in the new app have been amazing! It runs very smooth, I've never had any issues when it comes to the inventory management and syncing products but in this newest version they have reduced a lot of the day to day workload in having to manually select shipping speeds per order which was always something cumbersome in previous iterations (and its entirely possible I was using these wrong then, but its set up automatically this time around). Once you set it up, it will map shipping speeds automatically to the customer's order and pushes the order with the correct shipping speed noted. Amazon's support has been amazing too, we wondered if we were able to automatically fulfill each other without having to confirm it each time - and they helped us out in a matter of seconds which saves us hours each week! (for those wondering, its a setting under your Shopify Settings: Settings/Checkout/Order Processing/Automatically fulfill the order‘s line items = yes)

Will be using MCF for many more years to come!

We switched to MCF and lowered our shipping costs so much that we no longer use a 3PL. So, we can access Amazon’s complete FC network instead of shipping from one warehouse. On top of that, shipping products to Amazon has reduced our shipping costs as we ship to fulfill both FBA and MCF. For example - we ship four pallets to Amazon, and they pick from that shipment to fulfill FBA and MCF.

As for the MCF app, it is easy to install and use. We set the app up to automatically ship our Shopify orders as they come in. For our pet food business, it has been a game changer.

Set it and forget it. Best way to describe this well working and dependable app.

We've used a few different MCF apps in the past and this one has been the best - it's super simple and it's the cheapest. It doesn't have a ton of features but we realized we can customize things as much as we want to by using Shopify Flow. So we have some relatively complex order routing in place and it all works very well. It gives us a ton of flexibility.

MCF has been great. My Shopify orders are forwarded to Amazon for efficient fulfillment. I have no problems of complaints. It's made fulfillment easier and less expensive for my business.

We are a small company and having Amazon handle the logistics of our online orders has been wonderful. It is much easier to send products to them and not have to worry about the rest!

We have been using this app since its inception. Having used many other third-party options prior to this one, I can say it works well and seems to be the best option. Support has been good, and we haven’t had any errors or problems to speak of. I recommend it:)
